A complete refurbishment of an existing six-storey tower block, incorporating new ribbon windows and curtain walling to the external facade. The project required careful sequencing to keep the building safe and weathertight throughout, coordinating scaffold access, structural fixings and glazing installation across all six floors.
The finished facade combines energy-efficient glazing with a contemporary ribbon-window aesthetic, significantly improving the building’s thermal performance and appearance.
